Let's talk DIPS! Whether you are gathering big or small, creamy dips are an essential part of any holiday gathering. Our creamy Spinach & Feta White Bean Dip is the ultimate crowd pleasing go-to! It's flavorful, fun, and festive and loaded with veggies, making it a nutritious option everyone can feel good about. Best of all, it requires just a handful of ingredients and is ready minutes after a quick spin in the food processor. Really, just blend and enjoy! It really doesn't get any better than this!

    Dip Tips

Beans. Navy, Great Northern, or Cannellini beans are our picks for this dip. They are buttery and super creamy when blended and they help keep that bright green hue intact.

Greens. We opt for spinach as it is very mild and tender and blends incredibly well into the dip. If you want to add a little bite, a handful of arugula can bring a tasty pop. We recommend using only FRESH greens as sautéed or frozen can make the dip soggy and alter the texture and flavor. For this reason, we recommend enjoying within 1-3 days for best results.

Seasonings. We typically use dried garlic in this dip but have also enjoyed fresh with great success. A little goes a long way so we tend to use fresh when using as a spread or when we know we're entertaining a garlic-loving crowd! Dried oregano and basil are fun additions as well when you want to mix things up a bit.

Veggie Based. Perhaps our favorite thing about this dip is that it is veggie-filled! It is rich in plant-based fiber, protein, and nutrients, and is a healthy alternative to traditional holiday dips. It's also a great way to get our kids to eat their veggies too! Our little ones love the bright green color and feta cheese flavor. As Ambassadors in Action for the Produce for Better Health Foundation, we make it our mission to encourage everyone we know to add even just one more fruit and vegetable into their daily routine. This recipe just happens to knock out several in one sitting!

I think I will try this! Should I drain the can of beans?

Hi Martha, thank you! We hope you enjoy. And thanks for the catch. Yes, we recommend rinsing your beans before adding to the recipe.
