Add condensed milk, vanilla, and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk together until fully combined.
Using a stand or hand mixer, whip cream until firm peaks form, approximately 3 minutes.
Add half of the whipped cream to the bowl with condensed milk and gently stir to combine.
Finally, pour the bowl mixture into the remaining whipped cream and fold to combine. At this time, also fold in any preferred mix-ins, if using.
Pour mixture into a glass or metal loaf pan and chill for 3 hours, or until set.
