Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix together ingredients until well combined. Place loaf mixture into an ungreased pan and press down until evenly distributed. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top and cover pan with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Then, remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes to allow the ketchup to caramelize slightly.
Loaf should temp at 150°-155°. Cover again with foil and let sit for 10 minutes. Carry-over cooking will bring the loaf to a final temp of 165°. Careful not to overcook as lean turkey can dry out.
