Kamut Krispies
An upgraded spin on a childhood favorite, these crispy squares are quick, delicious, and a pinch to make!

- 3 cups puffed kamut (dry cereal)
- ½ cup cashew butter can sub with any favorite nut butter
- ½ cup date syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips for drizzle
Add cashew butter, syrup, coconut oil, and salt to a large pot. Heat over low, stirring frequently, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in puffed kamut, mixing until well coated.
Pour mixture into a greased or lined 9x9 baking tin and press firmly into shape.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top of the mixture.
Place pan into the freezer for 15-20 minutes to set, prior to slicing into 12 squares.
