Sheet Pan Meatball Subs
A fun weeknight meal the whole family will love!
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey (or preferred meat)
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup shredded asiago or mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Roast With:
- ½ yellow onion thick wedge sliced
- 2-3 bell peppers thick sliced
Extras:
- 4-6 French Rolls
- Shredded Italian Cheese
- Marinana Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine meatball ingredients and shape into 2" rounds, place onto a sheet pan with onions and peppers lightly tossed with oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 28-30 minutes, or until meatballs are done.
- Load into French rolls and top with peppers, onions, marinara sauce, and cheese, if desired. Pop back into the oven for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and roll is toasty!
